Booking Policy

• Consultation Fee: A $60.00 USD fee is required for your 30-minute session.
• Independent Service Fee: Please note that this $60 fee is not adjustable or deductible from your final garment order. It is a standalone fee for the consultant's time and expertise.
• Non-Refundable: This fee is strictly non-refundable as it secures the dedicated time of our master consultants.
• Rescheduling: To respect our tailors' schedules, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to arrive on time or provide notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
• Timeline: Please note that Custom Suits require a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks. For event-specific attire (Tuxedos, Prom, or Weddings), we recommend booking well in advance of your event date.

How to Book Your Appointment

2. Choose Your Slot: Select your preferred date and time from the calendar.
3. Confirm Details: Fill in your occasion details (Wedding, Black Tie, Prom, or Seasonal).
4. Secure Your Booking: Complete the $60 payment directly via the booking window to finalize your slot.
5. Confirmation: You will receive an instant confirmation email with your meeting link or store directions.
